The first week will be more introductory for you. You will have meetings with the manager and the team, as well as coffee with your Headway Buddy. Your main task on the first day is to familiarize yourself with the general processes. On your first working day at 9.00 a.m. (Kyiv time), you will receive an information to your personal email with your corporate email and password. Please log in and change the password to a more secure one.
11.00 - 12.00 - onboarding with HR. 14.00 - 15.00 - onboarding with Manager. 15.00 - 16.00 - onboarding with Buddy.
We have prepared corporate documents for you that are required for starting work. They should already be in your personal email. Please review and sign them before your first working day
When you enter the building, go up the stairs in front of you to the second floor. The reception will be on your right. Tell them you’re from Headway Inc — they’ll give you a pass and take you to our room on the third floor.
The office is open 24/7.
